We advocate for beneficial legislation for the construction industry, working to shape policies that support our members and the broader industry by fostering professional development, enhancing safety standards, and promoting ethical conduct within the construction sector.
Advocacy begins with a problem or with a perception that there is a better alternative to a current situation, and seeks to solve that problem or implement the selected alternative.
We have a team of professionals tasked with lobbying and advocacy programs and are knocking at every door to push for better reforms.
Additionally, we aim to improve communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among members, as well as build stronger relationships with stakeholders like clients and the public.

There are growing concerns about trust in local contractors in Kenya, particularly within the construction and public procurement sectors. The lack of trust stems from issues like, poor quality of work, corruption, abandonment of projects before completion, exorbitantly high cost& sometimes cost overruns and lack of transparency in project implementation.
The public has lost trust in our own people and this is something disturbing.
By teaming up together through our umbrella body BCEAK, we assure the, the government, general public, investors and other stakeholders that our spirited effort to redefining the construction excellence remains top priority.

We represent the industry's interests as we are the formidable force to advocate for the industry's needs with government bodies and other stakeholders.

We monitor and respond to industry trends by keeping members informed about emerging trends/issues and best practices
